Thank you Beatrix. The following is a public service announcement and may not be suitable for puppies.  Parental discretion is advised.

Today I'm here to warn you against the dangers of addiction.  My name is Spring and I'm addicted to Wacky Cat.

It all started innocently enough when some friends sent me this intriguing new toy.  Being gifted with names, I immediately decided to call my new toy Wacky Cat.I went in for the initial squeak.

So then I gave it my first squeak and it was love at first bite. It had the most alluring and melodious squeak that I've ever heard.

Then I convinced my bosses to throw it and it had the most amazing unpredictable bounce I've ever seen.  It was like magic.  It was even more fun than chasing squirrels.  I can only believe that that the squeak was better too as I slowly chewed on its delightfully large head.

But then I knew that I was passing the point of no return.  I knew right then that if I didn't put it down I'd never be able to leave it alone again.  What's more, I didn't care.  I love my Wacky Cat.  And Wacky Cat loves me.

Its squeak is so soothing.

Maybe it isn't so awful loving something with all of your heart.  Maybe it isn't so bad never wanting another toy in my toy box as long as I have Wacky Cat.

Yes my friends, I am a Wacky Cat addict.   I've even been working on a little song...Can I ignore it?

My boss ma'am told me
Spring to be polite
Put your cat down
When you walk outside
But the winds of change
They blow this way
You can't set your cat down just anywhere
So if it's Lyle you want
I don't care about that
You can have my dog
But don't touch my cat!

I am so weak.
